Pafos Zoo is located in Peyia village near Pafos. The zoo is home to more than 500 different animals and approximately 1000 birds, including some of the endangered species. In addition to that, there is a farm with animals that you can feed and touch. There is a show three times a day where parrots and owls entertain children and their parents.
There is a natural history museum nearby, as well as a coffee shop and a souvenir shop.
The zoo is open every day 9:00 – 17:00, and 9:00 – 18:00 during the tourist season (April, May, June, July). In the fall (September, October) the zoo is open 9:00 – 18:00 and in August it is open 9:00 – 19:00.
