State Collection of Contemporary Art is situated in a restored historic building at the intersection of Stassinos and Crete avenues in Nicosia.

The collection consists of paintings and sculptures by 20^th century artists. The museum also houses an art library, where visitors can familiarize themselves with art theory, learn about past and future international exhibitions, read artist biographies and research articles by famous contemporary and classic art experts in Cyprus.

Visitors are offered guided tours. You can also book a free tour through the Ministry of Education and Culture.

There is shop selling exhibition catalogues, cards, brochures and other souvenirs. The building is wheelchair accessible and has its own parking lot. It is open all year round. Entrance is free.
