Mousio Theasis is a multi-cultural entertainment complex located in the center of Larnaca. The complex is home to the Owl Museum, which boasts a collection of almost 6000 bird effigies made from gold, silver, alabaster, glass, wood, precious stones, crafts etc. The museum also features jewelry, furniture and household items with owl imagery. Museum admission is paid.
Mousio Theasis also includes The Museum of Byzantine Iconography with a collection of paintings and other imagery featuring various biblical scenes from the creation of the world to the resurrection of Christ.
The entertainment complex holds temporary art and photography exhibitions, music events and master classes. The space can also be rented for private events like banquets and receptions.
